HOW TO ORDER

We're still working on our website to accept international orders.

For now you can send us an e-mail at [email protected] or contact us via Instagram (@zntrecords) and we'll proceed your order manually.

On your e-mail/message, list your items and address (with ZIP code) so we can calculate shipping rates.

 

SHIPPING

Buyer's pay for shipping.

Unfortunately, shipping costs for international order are expensive and there's not much we can do about it.

Our shipping providers are: DHL and Correios (Brazillian postal service).

In general, orders will be shipped within 3 working days once payment has been received. The delivery times shown are ESTIMATES based on the information provided to us by postal services or couriers - we can not exactly control how long delivery will take.

 

PAYMENTS

Payment can be made with credit card and PayPal.

Credit card payments will be processed through the Paypal system.

 

GRADING

All records are new, sealed and in stock (ready to ship). We generally do not sell second hand / used items.
However, please note that not all items are sealed as they are not always provided that way by the manufacturer. Feel free to contact us if you have a question regarding this issue.

 

RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATION POLICIES

Items with manufacturing problems or shipped by mistake will be replaced or refunded if no replacement is available. No returns or refunds are accepted in any other circumstances.

Any shipments returned due to buyer negligence or postal service failure can be re-shipped at buyer's expenses and will not qualify for any refunds or replacements in case of damage in transit.
